Service charge includes the following:

10 Vents Cleaned

One cold air return Cleaned

One Furnace blower motor cleaned

One bathroom fan cleaned & washed

Vent registers & cold air grills: vacuumed & hand washed

Metal boots cleaned

Dryer system Turbo Vacuumed & air brushed clean

Duct system sanitized & sealed

Vacuum existing filters (extra charge to replace with new filters as necessary)

All fixtures and furniture located directly under vents will be protected with plastic

When job is complete, floors are vacuumed and everything dusted — all areas are left clean

Prompt & professional service generally completed within 4 to 5 hours from start to finish (extra vents require additional time respectively)

Travel fee may apply if service site is 50 miles of more from Reno, NV, after hours fee may apply if service appointment is requested for after 5pm or on weekends
